Combine lace with pearls in delicate
colours to bring the vintage look to your wedding stationery. You will need
Using a Paintbrush and water, tear a strip of mulberry paper about 9cm wide creating a fluffy edge. Attach to your card with Glue Stick and trim the edges. Next use the glue stick to cover the back of the lace with adhesive in a dabbing action and attach lengths of lace to your card. Once glued in place trim the ends along the edge of your card for a perfect finish. Attach your hearts with craft glue, or with self-adhesive pearl hearts no glue is needed, then using the precision applicator, draw a thin line of craft glue where you want to place the pearl string. Trim the pearl string to fit and position onto the glue, allowing it to dry flat. Don’t worry if a little glue is visible as it will dry clear. You can use any colour mulberry paper to match your theme, try using bright colours or Ivory Flowers with Pollen for a different look.
