	About the Scheme Who can join the scheme? The business discount scheme provides a discount for small businesses in the craft and weddings markets such as wedding stationery designers and card makers. What are the benefits? Members of the scheme receive a personal code which is used to receive a discount when making on-line purchases through the website. There are 3 levels of discount based on your total spend in the previous 12 months (or since your membership was last upgraded). Current levels are: Membership Level Discount Bronze 10% Silver 12.5% Gold 15% Is there a joining fee? No – membership is completely free. Is there a minimum order value? Yes, your discount code can only be used where the total value of goods purchased (excluding p&p) is £25. However, any orders placed without discount will still count towards your annual spend. Which level do I qualify for? Your starting level is decided by the total value of full price purchases in the last 12 months. Membership Level Previous Purchase Value Bronze None Silver £250 Gold £350 How long is my membership valid? Your discount code is valid for 12 months from its issue date. At the end of the 12 months we will review your account and issue a new discount code based on your spend in that period. The annual spend required for each level of membership is: Membership Level Annual Spend Bronze £150 Silver £250 Gold £350 If you have spent less than £150 in the previous 12 months then your membership and discount code will lapse. Can I upgrade my membership to silver/gold before the 12 months is up? Yes, if you have reached the qualifying spend level. Just contact us – we will verify your spend and issue you with a new discount code valid for 12 months. Remember that your qualifying spend is re-set to zero when your membership is upgraded, so it may be advantageous to delay upgrading to Silver if you expect your spend to reach Gold level shortly. Do you offer larger discounts/trade terms? Sorry, no. We are not wholesalers and this discount scheme is designed to benefit the smaller business. All orders must be paid for before delivery – we don’t offer credit accounts. Am I still entitled to protection under consumer legislation? Yes – the relevant consumer protection laws still apply for UK and EU customers, so you can return items like any other customer. Please remember that if the value of returns takes your order below the minimum, the discount for the whole of that order will be lost and will be deducted from any refund due. How do I apply? Just complete a short application form and return it to us by email or normal post. If you are not already registered, you will need to create an account on The Wedding Crafter website. We will process your application and send you your personal discount code within 3 days. Application form   Business Discount Scheme – Terms and Conditions The Wedding Crafter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme or amend the terms and conditions at any time. The Business Discount scheme is limited to bona fide businesses in the craft and weddings market – proof of business must be provided and The Wedding Crafter reserves the right to refuse any application. Discount codes are strictly for use by the person/business named on the application and are not transferable. You must not disclose your discount code to any other person or post it on any internet site. Any person or business found to breach these terms will be excluded permanently from the scheme. To qualify for the discount orders must be placed through The Wedding Crafter website. Telephone, postal and email orders are excluded from the scheme. However, orders may be placed via the website and paid for by cheque. All orders must be paid for before dispatch – we do not offer credit terms. The Wedding Crafter does not guarantee availability of any product. Whilst every effort is made to maintain continuity of products and colour shades, these can change for reasons outside our control. Our normal terms and conditions for use of our website apply in addition to those of the Business Discount scheme.
